A new law was passed this year and goes into affect February 2009.  This law affects handmade items for children under the age of 12:  including toys, blankets, burp cloths and so many more wonderful items.  This law will unfortunately cause several small business owners to go out of business due to high costs for testing.  The problem with this law is it is too vague and needs to be revisited.

Looking for an uncomfortable, sticky spot to change your baby?  I didn't think so.  That's why you should check out this great alternative to vinyl/oil cloth change pads.  These pads are made with 100% cotton designer fabric and backed with ultra soft and absorbent chenille.  Sure those vinyl change pads wipe clean pretty easily, but the chenille is soothing and comfortable on your babes bottom.  They roll up small, fit perfectly in a diaper bag and come in a variety of stylish fabrics.  Great for on-the-go or even at home.

finally....

a warm spring day!  it felt so great to finally open up the windows and let the breeze in.  i am so unbelievably happy that winter has come to an end!  today i made the "burp me/change me set" in amy butler blue temple garden fabric.  so cute!  please stop by my store to get all the stats on this adorable little set.  you can click on the link to your left and that will bring you directly to my store.
